For the past 6+ years I have been developing & learning my own spiritual gifts. 

I have had so much fun in the process that I want to share these gifts & help others. 

Here is how it all came about...

Back in 2015 I was introduced to a company that literally changed my life! Sick and tired of being sick and tired, this company found me at a time when I didn't even know I was looking for it. As I continued to focus on my own health & wellness journey; getting healthier & happier, the universe led me to something that I now know was intended to be part of my journey and soul purpose.  In 2017, my soon to be granddaughter (in utero) was diagnosed with a very rare congenital heart disease known as HLHS (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome) which is a birth defect that affects the normal blood flow through the heart. As the baby develops during pregnancy, the left side of the heart does not form correctly. Luckily, McKenna was blessed with an incredible team that contributed to her survival and she is a thriving toddler!

During this time I was looking for meaning for life... I was looking for signs that everything would be alright and through this time period I met some new friends - some really incredible people that helped me understand, trust & believe that there are angels here on earth with us, 

that are guiding and helping us to believe - believe in something that some call God, Universe, Creator, Buddha, Allah, 

whatever you call it, a higher power. Just trust and know that we all have a journey, a plan and we must trust that everything will be ok. 

Just Ask  -  Ask for guidance, ask for help, ask for blessings  -  Just Ask.

Once I learned how to ask and how to listen I learned that I can help to show others how to ask, how to hear and guide them through this point in time for their own highest good through angel card readings. As an intuition and nutrition advisor, a session with me is all encompassing of the mind, body, soul connection. A true believer in the law of attraction, I am a certified Angel Empowerment Practitioner and certified in Reiki, Level I & II. Always in pursuit of further education and knowledge, I went on to complete Level I Higher Priestess Practioner ™ in early 2023. And the learning continues. I have  found my calling for helping others find their own passion by curating my own intuitive gifts, working with Divine knowing, reading cards, crystal healing, and nutrition coaching. I guide clients by gently focusing on physical health through an intuitive process, allowing your spiritual team to come through and help identify issues that are in need of healing, leaving you feeling refreshed, clarified, happier and healthier.

My goal is to help you Thrive in life body mind & soul. 

With extensive experience in life and a vast history of finding true alignment with self, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your personal goals of connection to self and hear what you need to hear with the help from the angels and guides.
